STEP BY STEP GUIDE TO RETURN AN ITEM
Here's how to easily complete a return for our young women's clothing brand:
Go to our website at https://oycee.loopreturns.com and fill out the return form. A smooth and efficient process awaits you.
Repack your item(s) in the original packaging with all the tags attached. Our system will generate a printable label for you (We are not responsible for return costs, but we offer competitive shipping rates). Simply apply it to the return bag (use adhesive tape). If you don't have the bag, no worries. You can also carefully pack the items in a small box or visit Purolator to get a bag.
Don't Forget the Invoice: Slip the invoice inside the package so we can identify your return. We prefer to avoid guessing games.
20 Days: You have a 20-day window from the date of receipt to send back the items to us.
Quick Reminder: Before parting with your pieces, take a moment to review our return conditions. Please note that bodysuits, bikinis, lucky dip items, sale items, and certain accessories unfortunately cannot be returned due to style and hygiene reasons.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unworn and unwashed with no odours, stains, and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging with the original tags. You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Note that all sale items, bodysuit, swimwear, lashes, mask and underwear are final. If you return such items, your package will be returned, and you will be charged with a 20$ fee.
We will not cover any customs fees or any lost packages.

1. You have 15 days to contact our customer service () with a picture of the faulty goods. Please remember to get in touch with the customer service team before returning. ( )
2. You have 25 days to return the item to us with the receipt of the faulty goods.
WHAT'S THE RETURN PROCESS?
We aim to process your return ASAP, but on occasions, it may take up to 21 days for your refund to be processed after you have returned your item(s) to us. If you have not been refunded after 30 days of returning the item(s), please contact us with the proof of postage information on your Post Office receipt and we will check this out for you.
Once we receive the item(s), we will inspect it (them) and notify you that we have received your return item(s). Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, which depends on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs, which are not refundable.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process exchanges. You can return your item to us and place a new order to receive the item of your choice.
