Listed below are some queries we commonly receive from customers and clients regarding their purchases from OYCEE.

After placing your order, you would have received an email which contains your unique tracking number. With this, navigate to the Post Canada website and paste the tracking number to locate your package. In the case that a tracking number was not received, please send as an email at info@oycee.com.

We try our best to find as many one-size pieces as possible due to the convenience of having one size fitting all (from small to large). It is far easier to choose your size and you don’t have to worry about whether the item(s) of clothing will fit you or not. Generally, these one-size pieces are very stretchy.

Most of the time, no. We do our best to introduce a new collection of different styles every week, so it is impossible for us to always restock everything. If you would like to receive updates about an unavailable item, click on “NOTIFY ME” on the product’s page. After entering your email, we will notify you if and when the piece will be back in stock.

If you would like to change or cancel your order, please send an immediate email to info@oycee.com to see if your request can be carried out. Most of the time, however, these modifications are not possible due to us preparing your order for shipment very shortly after it was placed. Thank you for understanding.

We aim to process your return ASAP, but on occasions, it can take up to 21 days for your refund to be processed after returning your item(s). If you have not been refunded after 30 days of returning your item(s), please contact us with the proof of postage information on your Post Office receipt and we will follow up on the issue.

Unfortunately, we do not yet have a pick-up store. All items are shipped.

Canada: CAD$9,99 or free (orders over CAD$100). Shipping usually takes 2-7 business days. USA: CAD$15.99 or free (orders over CAD$150). Shipping usually takes 5-10 business days.

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. Simply return your item(s) and reorder for a replacement. Your refund will be processed once we've received your unwanted items.

Unfortunately, our system does not allow customers to enter a promotion code after an order has been placed.

If you live in Canada, there won’t be any customs duties to pay since we’re located in Montreal, Quebec. If you live in the United States, we don’t include the customs duties in our shipping price.
